Terms of Use

What this is
FPLBaller is a free, non-commercial hobby project that analyses Fantasy Premier League squads and offers a view on them. By using it you accept these terms.
Not affiliated with the Premier League
FPLBaller is not affiliated with, endorsed by, sponsored by, or connected to the Premier League, Premier League Limited, or the official Fantasy Premier League game.
“Premier League”, “Fantasy Premier League” and related marks belong to their owners and are used here only to describe what this site is about. All Fantasy Premier League data shown here is read from publicly available sources.
The advice is a model's opinion, not a promise
Everything this site tells you is the output of a statistical model, and models are wrong regularly and confidently.
- No guarantee of results. Nothing here predicts how your team will score or where you will finish. A score or ranking on this site describes how your squad compares to one model's expectations, and nothing more.
- Not betting or financial advice. The model uses publicly available betting market prices as one input among many. That does not make its output betting advice, and you should not treat it as a basis for gambling or for any financial decision.
- Decisions are yours. We do not and cannot make changes to your Fantasy Premier League team. Anything you act on, you act on yourself.
Your account
- You need a Google account to sign in.
- Keep your account to yourself, and tell us if you think somebody else is using it.
- Access levels are granted at our discretion, and we may change or withdraw one at any time.
- We may suspend or remove an account that breaks these terms.
Acceptable use
Please do not:
- use automated tools to scrape, bulk-download, or overload the site;
- attempt to bypass rate limits, access controls, or another user's account;
- probe or attack the service or the systems it depends on;
- use the site to break the law or the Fantasy Premier League's own terms.
We apply rate limits, and we may restrict or block use that threatens the service or the third-party data sources it relies on.
Availability
This is a hobby project run by one or two people. It may be slow, wrong, interrupted, or withdrawn entirely, with or without notice. There is no uptime guarantee and no support commitment.
Liability
The site is provided “as is”, without warranties of any kind. To the fullest extent the law allows, we are not liable for any loss arising from your use of it, or from being unable to use it.
Nothing here excludes liability that cannot lawfully be excluded, including liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, or for fraud.
Our content
The site, its design, and the model behind it belong to us. You may use the site for your own personal, non-commercial purposes. Please do not republish it as your own or resell access to it.
Changes
We may update these terms. The date at the top says when they last changed, and continuing to use the site means accepting the current version.
Law
These terms are governed by the law of England and Wales, and the courts of England and Wales have exclusive jurisdiction.
