Who we are
FPLBaller is a free, non-commercial hobby project that analyses Fantasy Premier League squads. The data controller is FPL Baller Host, operated from Abu Dhabi, United Arab Emirates, and contactable at hello@fplballer.com.
FPLBaller is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or connected to the Premier League or the official Fantasy Premier League game.
What we collect, and why
We collect as little as the site can function on. There is no analytics, no advertising, no tracking, and no profiling.

We do not collect or store your Google password. Signing in with Google never gives us access to your Google account, your Gmail, or your contacts.
Fantasy Premier League data is public. When you enter an FPL team ID, we read that team from the publicly available Fantasy Premier League API. We never log in to Fantasy Premier League, we never ask for your FPL password, and we cannot make changes to your team.
Our legal basis
- Performing our agreement with you — creating and running your account.
- Our legitimate interests — keeping the service available, preventing abuse, and diagnosing faults. We have considered your rights and interests, and we collect the minimum needed to do these things.
Cookies
One cookie, and it is strictly necessary: the cookie that keeps you signed in. It contains a random session identifier and nothing about you. We use no analytics cookies, no advertising cookies, and no third-party trackers — which is why this site has no cookie banner.
Who we share it with
- Google, as the sign-in provider. Their handling is governed by Google's own privacy policy.
- Our hosting provider, which stores the data on our behalf and does not use it for anything else.
We do not sell your data. We do not share it for advertising. We do not transfer it to anyone else except where the law requires it.
Where it is stored
Your data is stored in the United Kingdom, in Google Cloud's
europe-west2 region in London. We chose the United Kingdom because
that is where most people using this site are.
We operate from the United Arab Emirates, so your data is accessed from outside the United Kingdom by us. Nobody else outside the UK has access to it.
How long we keep it
Your account details for as long as your account exists. Server logs for a short operational period and then deleted. If you delete your account, we delete your account data.
Your rights
This site is offered to people in the United Kingdom, so we handle your data in line with UK data protection law even though we operate from outside it. You may ask us to give you a copy of your data, correct it, delete it, restrict or object to how we use it, or provide it in a portable form. Email hello@fplballer.com and we will respond within one month.
If you are unhappy with our response and you are in the United Kingdom, you may complain to the Information Commissioner's Office at ico.org.uk.
Children
This site is not directed at children under 16 and we do not knowingly collect their data.
Changes
If we change this policy we will update the date at the top. Material changes will be announced on the site.
